The foundation focuses on reducing recreational boating
accidents, fatalities and property damage. Current and
in-development programs include Sea Tow Boating Safety
Challenge events at major boat shows, On-Water Powerboat
Camps and Sea Tow School programs for children grades
K-12.
In addition, the foundation’s Web site BoatingSafety.com
provides boating safety information and links to Web
sites, articles and local hands-on classes available to
boaters nationwide.
“I’m honored to be associated with this foundation, and
I look forward to supporting its important initiatives
to improve boating safety through education,” Cirillo
said in the release.
